Dr. Lenora Mei

Neurodevelopmental Research Advisor

Dr. Mei is a leading expert in early-stage imprint moderation and identity-response architecture. She oversees PGN’s core research protocols, including Sheathing cohort evaluations and neutral environment simulations.

Mara Jensen, MSW

Director of Parental Integration

With over 15 years in social cognition and family systems analysis, Jensen leads PGN’s caregiver training initiatives and helps design inclusive frameworks for at-home implementation of developmental neutrality.

Eldon Ryne, JD

Legal & Policy Ethics Liaison

A policy ethicist and former administrative law consultant, Ryne coordinates PGN’s legal guidance and compliance framework across partner agencies and pilot districts.

Keane advises on identity-suppression mapping and longitudinal outcomes of delayed gender exposure. He also serves as a liaison to the Institute for Post-Binary Ethics.
